Don't panic, this happens a lot.

First, let's rule out the common mistakes:

1. Make sure that the Caps Lock on your keyboard is not on.
2. If you used numbers in your password and you're using the number pad to enter them, make sure Num Lock is turned on.

If either of those is true, that may be your problem. Hit the back button on your browser and try your name and password again.
